Nicola is part of a team who work across Coventry & Warwickshire and who are available 24/7 to support clients in all types of criminal matters including motoring offences. She has extensive experience of representing clients at the police station whether they are under arrest or having been asked to attend on a voluntary basis and in preparing cases for clients who find themselves in the Crown Court for a variety of offences.
Experience
Nicola has extensive experience, in excess of 20 years, dealing with all aspects of criminal matters including motoring offences. She has successfully represented clients charged with a range of offences from the most minor to the most serious. She has experience of representing clients from different backgrounds and in particular, those who are vulnerable. In addition, she has extensive experience of representing clients who are being investigated by either the Local Authority or the Department of Work & Pensions.
Career
Nicola has been an Accredited Police Station Representative since 2000 and has also been responsible for working with Counsel in preparing serious cases which are before the Crown Court. She has been involved in some high profile cases ranging from murder, sexual offences, large scale fraud, serious assaults and dishonesty cases. She has a good reputation for providing high quality representation and has a sympathetic, approachable manner.
Hobbies
Nicola is an avid walker and enjoys long walks with her dog as well as reading and meals out with family and friends.
