About our fees

Photo of two solicitors going through documents

The nature of legal services means that unforeseen complexities arise, this can potentially lead to additional work and expense.

We firmly believe that having knowledge about our costs from the outset will benefit both you and the solicitor working on your behalf. This is why we offer transparent pricing, so you have a greater understanding and idea of what is included and can make better informed choices about what is involved and why.

We are able to offer fixed fees, agreed fees, capped fees and no win no fee agreements in some areas of our work. You will be able to discuss fee options with the solicitor working on your matter.

Before we commence working with you, we will provide you with an estimate of our costs. These are broken down in detail to show you exactly what is included and why. Along the way, we will also update you on progress and let you know if there are likely to be any additional charges. We can then discuss these together and you can decide what is right for you. Finally, please note that we invoice monthly.
