Coventry & Warwickshire law firm Alsters Kelley LLP is celebrating after one of its Wills & Probate executives became a Chartered Legal Executive.
Corrine Seabourne, who works within the Private Client department, first joined the firm in 2006. She specialises in helping clients with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and the administering of estates. Corrine is based in Leamington Spa but also works in the Southam office and is also very involved when the department participates in Charitable Will schemes.
Corrine originally worked in the Court Service before coming to work at Alsters Kelley. She started in a secretarial role in the Criminal Litigation department and then spent some time undertaking Compliance work before moving to the Private Client department. She undertook her law degree studies whilst balancing a full-time role at Alsters Kelley and a part-time role in the Army Reserves.
Neil Raiseborough, Member and Head of Private Client department said, “We are delighted that Corrine is now a Fellow of CILEX and a Chartered Legal Executive – she is a real asset to the department and the firm. On behalf of everyone at the firm, I would like to congratulate her on her success.”
Commenting on her qualification, Corrine said, “I am really thrilled to have qualified and relieved that there is no more formal studying for a while! I am looking forward to expanding my own caseload and developing my knowledge and experience as we grow the department even further.”
