Sarah celebrates 40 years’ service at Alsters Kelley Solicitors

Sarah Darby, Senior Associate Wills & Probate Executive in the Private Client team at Alsters Kelley Solicitors Limited was all smiles as she recently celebrated 40 years’ service at the firm – an amazing achievement.

Sarah joined the predecessor firm RS Bull in Nuneaton on 1st August 1986 starting her career as a secretary before moving into the role of Wills & Probate Executive in 2002 and is now a Senior Associate Wills & Probate Executive

Sarah undertakes a full range of Private Client work, in particular, the preparation of Wills, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney Property and Affairs and Health and Welfare documents, Court of Protection applications (both the initial application and dealing with the ongoing administration) and Probate and Intestacy matters. Sarah has helped hundreds of families and individuals in her role.

Sarah said “I have thoroughly enjoyed my career with Alsters Kelley and the variety of the work I deal with but most importantly I still love my role and I love the face to face contact with our clients and providing them with a very personal and high-level service.  I have some wonderful friends across all six offices and I’m not sure where the time has gone as it certainly doesn’t feel as if I have been here for 40 years!”

Neil Raiseborough, Director and Head of Private Client at Alsters Kelley who presented Sarah with gifts on behalf of the firm said, “Sarah is very professional and as such a very valued member of the team and the wider business.  We really appreciate her loyalty and commitment to Alsters Kelley, to her clients and to her colleagues and we were thrilled to be able to recognise this fantastic milestone in her career.”
