Sarah is a Wills and Probate Executive in our Private Client Department and undertakes a full range of private client work and she is based in our Nuneaton office.
Experience
Sarah who moved into her current role as a Wills and Probate Executive in 2002 is now an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Sarah has been with Alsters Kelley (and a predecessor firm) for over 25 years. She had fourteen years’ experience as a Secretary in the Private Client field before taking on her current role as a Wills and Probate Executive.
Career
Sarah undertakes a full range of Private Client work, in particular, the preparation of Wills, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney Property and Affairs and Health and Welfare documents, Court of Protection applications (both the initial application and dealing with the ongoing administration) and Probate and Intestacy matters. Sarah has helped hundreds of families and individuals in her role.
Sarah is continuously updating her knowledge in the Private Client area by attending regular professional development courses.
Hobbies
Sarah spends most of her spare time with her family. She is also a Leader with a local Scout Group and spends many a weekend engaged in pack activities.
