Chains affected by Simplify conveyancing services systems outage

The Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme(CQS) issued a communication yesterday about the ongoing systems problems affecting some of the organisations within the Simplify Group of Conveyancers (Premier Property Lawyers, My Home Move, JS Law, DC law, Advantage Property Lawyers).

Alsters Kelley wish to reassure our clients that we are not directly affected by the issues.  The problem affects the Simplify brands only.  Simplify have issued a statement on their website to advise that they have restored business operations to enable clients to move.  IT systems are not yet back in normal operation but client funds are protected and safe.

Conveyancers within the organisations affected have been focused on clients and those firms involved in transactions already exchanged for completion.

Cathy Wahlberg, Managing Director and Head of Conveyancing at Alsters Kelley says,  ‘If you have been affected by the issues or are concerned about your transaction please get in touch.  You can get an instant quote here Conveyancing Quote | Alsters Kelley Solicitors | Kind, Helpful, Excellent Legal Support  In addition, we are taking new instructions for conveyancing from local and national estate agents alongside individuals who wish to instruct us directly.  We offer a No Hidden Fees guarantee so there are no unexpected added fees or additional charges for verifying ID or sending funds.’
