Warwickshire law firm, Alsters Kelley continues to support organisation for women

Local law firm, Alsters Kelley Solicitors with offices in Coventry, Leamington Spa, Nuneaton, Southam and Stratford-upon- Avon has again renewed its headline sponsorship of LadiesFirst Professional Development, an all-inclusive network aimed at businesswomen across the region.

The organisation was originally launched in January 2014 to provide an all-inclusive platform for women’s professional development and last year they celebrated their 10 year anniversary with Director Tracey McAtamney at the helm.

Since being under her leadership the organisation has gone from strength to strength, attracting hundreds of women to their monthly events and are set to launch their third business awards in the next month.

Julie McGarrigle, Business Development Director at Alsters Kelley says: “We firmly believe that women need to be given the confidence to go out into the world and make a difference and that is our main motivation in continuing to support LadiesFirst.

“Here at Alsters Kelley, 80 per cent of my colleagues across the five offices are women – and three of the owners of the business are also women.

“It is vital that women are empowered to be confident in what they do, whether they are working for themselves or as an employee. Our decision to continue to sponsor Ladies First is to build on the relationships and collaborations we have established over the last 11 years and to reinforce our ethos around helping women to achieve their potential.”

Tracey McAtamney said: “We are delighted to have secured continued sponsorship from Alsters Kelley over the last eleven years. They share our vision to support women in business. Their continued support will help us to deliver another year of exciting events for our members attracting a high calibre of speaker.”

Tracey added: “Our mission continues to make LadiesFirst events all-inclusive and meaningful. Over the years we have heard countless stories of empowerment, growth and collaboration that have unfolded along the way.

We are looking forward to another year of fostering connections and paving the way for an even brighter future, empowering all women in business to lead, inspire and thrive.
