Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) holiday welcomed

If you are thinking of selling your house then the recent announcement by the Government to introduce an immediate Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) holiday, starting from 8th July 2020 may help you decide that now is definitely a good time to move.

The Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) holiday is for properties selling for less than £500,000 and the scheme will remain in force until 31st March 2021.
