Coventry & Warwickshire law firm Alsters Kelley LLP has secured accreditation to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme – the mark of excellence for the home buying process for the sixth year in a row.
The scheme requires law firms to undergo a strict assessment of both the firms systems and the conveyancing systems and requires compulsory training. It is open only to members of the Law Society who meet the demanding standards set by the scheme and has the support of Regulators, Lenders and Insurers.
Joanne Herbert, Head of Property at Alsters Kelley, says, “We are delighted to have secured the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) status for the sixth year in a row. Buying a home is one of the largest purchases anyone will make in their lifetime and so it is essential that it is done to the highest standard by an accredited law firm.
This scheme recognises the high standards we provide to all our property clients both in the systems we use and in the people, we employ. It indicates to future homebuyers the excellent service level our teams provide throughout the conveyancing process.”
The firm who has offices in Leamington Spa, Southam, Coventry and Nuneaton carries out property work from all its offices, which are all CQS, accredited.
