Petra receives flowers for her 45 years of service at Alsters Kelley

There was plenty to celebrate at Alsters Kelley in Nuneaton recently, as Petra Trippass, Conveyancing Assistant in the Property team celebrated 45 years’ service with the firm.

As a thank you for her long service and to help start the celebrations, Cathy Wahlberg, Managing Director at Alsters Kelley presented Petra with flowers and a bottle of her favourite wine.

Petra said ‘I have thoroughly enjoyed my career with Alsters Kelley, and I love the variety of the work I deal with but most importantly I love the face to face contact with our clients and providing them with a very personal and high-level of service.  I also have many lovely friends across all five offices and it certainly doesn’t feel as if I have been here for 45 years!’

Petra originally started her career at the firm of KW Westgarth based in Queen Victoria Road, Coventry in 1978 as the receptionist/office junior.  Within a couple of years, she was starting to deal with various aspects of legal work and when the firm became Alsters in 1997 she continued working in Coventry as a secretary in the conveyancing department.

She also spent some time at the Alsters Kelley Leamington office before the opportunity arose in 2007 for her to move over to the Nuneaton office which is now where she lives. Petra has been based in the conveyancing department since 2009.

Cathy said, ‘Petra is a wonderful colleague and a real asset to Alsters Kelley and her knowledge and experience are invaluable. Working for one company for 45 years is a fantastic achievement – congratulations!’
