Mandeep is a Trainee Solicitor in the Residential Property department and she is currently based in the Leamington Spa office.

Mandeep’s role is to assist senior fee-earners in transactions relating to residential property ranging from sales, purchases (both freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Mandeep also has her own caseload under the supervision of her Head of Department.

Experience

Mandeep started her career with Alsters Kelley in December 2022 as a Legal Secretary in the Residential Property department, before progressing to Paralegal and then starting her training contract in September 2024.

Career

Mandeep previously spent time working within the Housing Enforcement team at Coventry City Council with the aim of improving living conditions for those who are privately renting.

She also worked within the Property Licensing team at Coventry City Council, where she would process applications and issue licences for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Hobbies

Outside of work, Mandeep enjoys travelling and taking her dog on walks. She also enjoys reading crime novels and watching true crime documentaries on Netflix.
