Jyoti Chohan

Jyoti’s role is to provide advice and support to clients who have suffered an injury due to medical negligence or serious injury, and help them achieve the best outcome possible to improve their life after suffering a traumatic event, which includes securing compensation. Jyoti likes to build a good relationship with her clients and ensures they are kept up to date with each step of the claim.

Experience

Jyoti has over 15 years of experience in representing clients in both medical negligence and personal injury claims. She has experience of dealing with a wide variety of cases, from assisting with high value birth and brain injury claims to managing cases where there has been a delay in diagnosis of cancer, amputation injuries and surgical errors. Jyoti has worked alongside Barristers in preparing for and attending inquests.

Career

Jyoti gained her experience from working at several regional solicitor firms who specialise in personal injury and medical negligence following the completion of her law degree and LPC. This has led her to become a Litigation Executive. Jyoti is now completing her training contract with us to qualify as a Solicitor.

Hobbies

Jyoti enjoys entertaining friends and family by cooking different cuisines, along with baking. She is also trying to learn different languages and is currently learning Spanish.
