Emma Orford

Emma’s role is to provide a comprehensive HR service across the business. Emma also oversees our Facilities and Reception teams.

Experience

Emma has worked in HR roles since 2010. Prior to joining Alsters Kelley in November 2021, Emma worked in a range of industries including education and manufacturing. She completed her CIPD Post-Graduate Diploma in HR Management in 2018 and became a Chartered Member of CIPD in December 2021.

Career

In Emma’s previous roles, she has been responsible for recruitment, employee relations, absence management and policy creation and updating. She keeps up to date with changes to employment legislation and has provided HR support and guidance across the full employee life-cycle to senior managers and employees.

Hobbies

In her spare time, Emma enjoys travelling, live music and reading.
