Helen heads up our Conveyancing department, and assists individuals with a wide variety of property transactions.

Experience

Helen has over 20 years’ experience working in residential conveyancing, undertaking a wide variety of property work, dealing with all types of residential conveyancing transactions including, residential sales and purchases, both leasehold and freehold, registered and unregistered properties, buy to let mortgages, equity release, joint ownership and property transfers including gifts, matrimonial transfers and probate transfers, new build plot sales, repossession sales, relocation and re-mortgages.

Career

Helen is proactive and enjoys working closely with clients to make their transaction progress as smoothly and as stress free as possible.  Helen gives individual attention to all clients and is proud to have acted for clients on multiple occasions.

Hobbies

Helen has two sporty teenage boys and when she is not supporting them from the side lines Helen enjoys baking and swimming.
