The claimant was involved in an RTA as he was driving his car when a vehicle in the opposite direction on the wrong side of the road collided with our client’s vehicle. Our client had to be freed from the vehicle by the fire service. He sustained a dislocated right hip, posterior wall fracture of the right acetabulum, concussion, scarring to his forehead, cut right hand, and psychological injury.
Liability was admitted and the client received £75,000.
