Property possession claim due to tenant not paying rent

We have recently acted for the landlord of a residential property that was occupied by a tenant who had failed to pay their rent for well over six months. We advised the client of the options that were available to them and assisted them selecting the most appropriate option. We then served the appropriate notice upon the tenant, and successfully applied to the Court for an Order for possession.
