Breach of fiduciary duties

We have previously acted in a matter where it was alleged that a Director of a Limited Company had breached their fiduciary duties to the Company. We helped explain the accusations to the Director, assisted them in their defence of the allegations in the first instance and then negotiated an exit-strategy from the Company that suited all parties.
