Our structure is such that there are no hidden extra’s in our pricing so you will not find unexpected or additional legal fees or bank administration charges copying charges or ID verification fees. You also won’t find any elements of our work not covered by the fee quoted.
If there are unexpected issues, you don’t need to worry about additional solicitors costs. We will do what is required to get you moving and it will be included in our quoted fee.”
In addition, we do not pay fees to third parties to refer work to us which also means that we can continue to offer competitive pricing. We pride ourselves on our services and reputation. We like to be truly independent and focussed only on our clients.
