It might have been a while in the planning, and then delayed further because of the Covid-19 pandemic, but Alsters Kelley are delighted to announce their new website is now live.
The website was designed with the user in mind. Their new site has logical navigation, easy to understand language, the right balance of information and advice and is fully responsive and SEO friendly too.
The website marks the second phase in a carefully considered and well executed marketing strategy following a branding refresh, that took place last year.
Julie McGarrigle, Business Development Director, explains more. “We didn’t want our branding to change too much, it just needed to be revitalised with bolder colours, a new font and a consistent tone of voice. In the past the word ‘solicitors’ was always in italics and faded grey, it was important for us to be proud about the fact that we are solicitors and that we are also innovative and forward thinking.”
Julie continues. “Once the brand refresh was completed, we moved onto the website. I always see our website as our sixth office. It’s 24/7 presence means our clients can find us anytime and anywhere and access the information they need whenever they need it. And because of the convenient positioning of our five offices, we wanted to maintain that local community feel and communicate how helpful, friendly, and approachable we are.”
Insight Consultancy, a creative marketing and digital design agency were appointed by the firm to help with both projects. Commenting on their role with the projects, Inzar Haq , Director of Insight Consultancy said, “When presented with the challenge of designing and developing a new website for Alsters Kelley, we knew that a multidisciplinary approach was needed. Our team’s diverse expertise in design, user experience, web development and content were all imperative and equally underpinned with a good understanding of all the legal compliance required for websites in this sector. The Alsters Kelley team were incredibly helpful and receptive to our ideas. It felt like real teamwork and the results speak for themselves.
Julie concludes. “The new website has a fresher and more modern look with every page looking less cluttered and more appealing. With more imagery, less words, better use of white space and the new teal green accent colour, it delivers a more positive and attractive user experience. To complete the new look and feel, we introduced an online conveyancing tool, which is already working well and enables clients to obtain quotes to buy or sell a property at any time of day or night. In addition, our Live Chat facility is proving very popular and is manned by people who can respond to initial enquiries from 9.00am – 8.00pm.”
