Coventry and Warwickshire law firm Alsters Kelley LLP who has offices in Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton & Southam is celebrating after retaining the Law Society’s national award for its quality of service to clients.
The firm first attained the national Law Society’s law management quality mark, Lexcel in 2011.
The scheme is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is a recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards.
Operations and Finance Member, Catherine Wahlberg said, “We are extremely proud to have retained Lexcel for a seventh successive year which clearly demonstrates that we consistently deliver a high standard of service to all our clients and a real commitment to quality business management. In order to maintain this we have recently appointed Wendy Lord as our Compliance Manger to manage the process and drive us forward for 2018.”
She said, “For a firm to gain and then retain Lexcel accreditation as we have done, it must undergo a rigorous initial and then annual application and assessment process. There is a lot of choice in the legal services market but being Lexcel accredited reinforces our commitment to client care and best practice.”
