Alsters Kelley Solicitors Retain National Legal Quality Award for 2022

Coventry and Warwickshire law firm Alsters Kelley Solicitors Ltd who has offices in Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Southam and Stratford-upon-Avon is celebrating after retaining the Law Society’s national award for its quality of service to clients.

The firm first attained the national Law Society’s law management quality mark, Lexcel in 2011.

The scheme is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is a recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards.

Managing Director, Catherine Wahlberg said, “We are very proud to have retained Lexcel for an eleventh successive year which clearly demonstrates that we consistently deliver a high standard of service to all our clients and a real commitment to quality business management. In order to maintain this, we have recently appointed Callum Jordan as our Compliance Officer to assist managing the process and drive us forward for 2023.”

She said, “For a firm to gain and then retain the Lexcel accreditation as we have done, it must undergo a rigorous initial and then annual application and assessment process. There is a lot of choice in the legal services market but being Lexcel accredited reinforces our commitment to client care and best practice.”
