No Hidden Fees

Our quotes have no add ons for extra items, such as ID and anti-money laundering compliance, or extra fees for bank charges. We do not charge administration fees for sending money to redeem mortgages or to purchase property. These are often seen as hidden costs in conveyancing quotes.

To ensure that we are totally transparent, we do not add extra fees for dealing with unexpected or unforeseen issues that may arise during your conveyancing transaction, such as administration fees to purchase an indemnity policy or for looking at more complex issues such as easements or right of way.  These are common issues in conveyancing.

Whoever undertakes your conveyancing, fees such as stamp duty will be the same no matter which firm you go to, so it’s really important to be clear about what your legal fees will be.

Service Levels

It’s also important to compare service. At Alsters Kelley because we do not pay referral fees to estate agents to encourage them to send work to us, we are able to ensure that we focus on our service on you.
