Dispute with insurance company

We have previously acted in a matter where an individual was in dispute with his insurance company over whether the policy the client had purchased should activate or not. We reviewed the client’s insurance policy wording and then helped the client present further evidence to the insurance company regarding the circumstances of the claim and the insurance company reversed their initial decision not to cover the damage the client had suffered.
