If you have made a Will previously you should always review it regularly to ensure it still meets your needs. You should always take advice if you have married or divorced since the preparation of your Will.

You always need to consider making a Lasting Power of Attorney.  This is a document where you appoint people who you know and trust to make decisions for you, if you are unable to yourself.  If no provision for a Lasting Power of Attorney has been made then this may result in an application being made to the Court of Protection which is costly and time consuming.

The Government’s roadmap to lift lockdown restrictions has now started. Although our office doors remain closed, please be assured that all of our offices remain open for business and staff will be available to assist from 9.00am – 5.30pm.
