Professional negligence claim against Solicitor

We acted for the former client of a firm of solicitors. An important deadline was missed by the client’s previous solicitors, which prevented the client lodging an Employment Tribunal claim for unfair dismissal against a former employer.

Negotiations took place with the insurers for the previous solicitors resulting in a favourable financial settlement for the client whereby compensation and costs were paid.
