Quality Conveyancing from Alsters Kelley Solicitors Limited
18 January 2021
Coventry & Warwickshire law firm Alsters Kelley Solicitors has successfully secured their reaccreditation to The Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
The scheme is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices - the mark of excellence for the home buying process.
The scheme requires law firms to undergo a strict assessment of both the firm’s systems and the conveyancing systems and requires compulsory training. It is open only to members of the Law Society who meet the demanding standards set by the scheme and has the support of Regulators, Lenders and Insurers.
Cathy Wahlberg, Managing Director and Head of Property at Alsters Kelley, says, ‘We are delighted by our re-accreditation on the scheme which demonstrates that we have the expertise to deliver quality residential conveyancing advice. It gives us greater access to lenders and shows that the advice and service levels offered meet the expectations of clients and lenders.
Buying a home is one of the largest purchases anyone will make in their lifetime and so it is essential that it is done to the highest standard by an accredited law firm.
The scheme recognises the high standards we provide to all our property clients both in the systems we use, and, in the people, we employ. It indicates to future homebuyers the excellent service level our teams provide throughout the conveyancing process.’
The firm which has offices in Leamington Spa, Southam, Coventry and Nuneaton carry out property work from all its offices, which are all CQS, accredited.
