Arran is based in the Leamington office supporting Lisa Blizzard, Associate Solicitor in the Family Care Department.

 

 

Experience

Before joining the Family Care Department, Arran spent the first period of her training contract in the Medical Negligence & Personal Injury Department, where she was responsible for her own caseload consisting of personal injury claims, medical negligence claims, fatal accident claims, Motor Insurers Bureau claims and Criminal Injury Compensation claims. She also assisted some of the other solicitors and legal executives in the team with their cases.

Arran joined Alsters Kelley in 2015 and worked as a Legal Secretary in our Civil Litigation and Employment Department. She later transferred to the Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Department as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal until she became a full-time Paralegal. 

Arran can also speak Punjabi.

Career

During her education, Arran obtained a 2.1 in the undergraduate Law LLB degree and a Pass with Merit in the Law LLM Masters degree and a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course.

Arran is also an Honorary Tutor at the University of Birmingham and sometimes teaches Medical Law to first and second year students.

Arran is also a council member of the Birmingham Medico-Legal Society.

Hobbies

Away from work Arran enjoys Japanese culture, photography, ice-skating, networking, baking and spending time with her family and friends.
