Stefan oversees a team of lawyers who work across Coventry and Warwickshire and who are available 24/7 to support clients in all types of criminal matters and motoring offences. He represents clients at police stations and in proceedings in Magistrates and Crown Courts. He has a particular interest in the areas of motoring law, health and safety and regulatory law.

Experience

Stefan qualified as a lawyer on 1st December 1978 and was on his feet in court that day! Until 1986 he worked in various areas of law including Conveyancing, Family, Private Client and Civil Litigation but since then he has worked exclusively in Criminal Litigation and Motoring Offences.

He has successfully represented clients charged with various matters including murder, manslaughter, wounding with intent, robbery, fraud, sexual offences, drugs and motoring offences. Stefan is fluent in Ukrainian.

Stefan has been recommended by name in the Legal 500 publication in recognition of the quality of the legal representation which he provides to his clients.

Career

Stefan has established a reputation for providing high quality representation for his clients including those involved in cases that have attracted national and local media attention. He is extremely proud of his career and regularly wins praise from others connected with the criminal justice system, be they Crown Court Judges, District Judges, Magistrates, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Police, the Probation Service or fellow criminal defence lawyers.
