Kathryn is based at our Nuneaton office and is our Deeds Administrator.
Experience
Kathryn has worked in residential property for over 20 years. She began her career in an Estate Agents as office junior progressing to receptionist/negotiator including working at show homes/site offices on new developments. During her career Kathryn has worked for local solicitors as a legal/conveyancing secretary and joined Alsters in 2002 as Senior Conveyancing Secretary and is now a Conveyancing Assistant.
Career
Having also, taught in Further Adult Education for a couple of years at local colleges and outreach centres has been of benefit to Kathryn. Enabling her to use transferrable skills to assist the department in dealing with the day to day running of sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity from opening files to exchanging contracts, completing transactions, post-completion work through to archiving. Kathryn enjoys working with a variety of different people in any one transaction, whilst striving to provide both a personal and professional service, ensuring our clients are kept informed of progress updates whilst endeavouring to make clients moving experiences go as smoothly and as stress-free as possible.
Hobbies
Kathryn has 3 children and very much enjoys spending time with her family. When time allows, she enjoys going for long walks with the dog, Floristry/Flower arranging, gardening, sewing and socialising with friends. She is a member of a couple of local craft groups and enjoys trying her hand at various traditional crafts.
