Ben’s role is to assist individuals and businesses with claims arising from negligence, breaches of contract, contentious trust and probate disputes, debt recovery, partnership disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, property possession claims, neighbour and boundary disputes, construction disputes and much more.

Ben conducts proceedings in the Courts of England and Wales and can also recommend and conduct all types of Alternative Dispute Resolution including Mediation, Arbitration and Settlement Agreements.

Ben brings a pragmatic approach to his work with a focus on reaching the best available outcome for his clients. He ensures his advice is user-friendly and tailored to meet his client’s needs. Having acted for some of the UKs largest companies, with demanding service level agreements, Ben has developed the ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict targets.


Ben has worked in Dispute Resolution for nearly 10 years and has worked for both high street businesses and global firms.

This wide experience has allowed Ben to act for all types of clients, from private individuals to some of the UKs largest companies.


Ben has helped negotiate favourable settlements for individuals involved in contentious probate disputes. Ben has settled a number of neighbour disputes, including one that involved complex easements and the position of a septic tank. Ben will always work with his clients to reach amicable, cost-effective solutions.

Ben is proud to have collectively recovered vast sums of money for UK insurers earlier in his career.


Away from work Ben loves spending time with his young family and walking his dog. He has a keen interest in sports; particularly football, rugby and American football. Ben also enjoys restoring and modifying cars, when time allows!
