Summary:	John heads and manages the Litigation department. He deals with all aspects of litigation, from initial instructions to final court hearings, acts as an advocate and instructs barristers when appropriate.


Experience:	John joined Alsters Kelley in 2008 as an Associate and Head of Department. He has 20 years’ experience of litigation work, having practised in London and at other firms in the Midlands.

Career:	John is proud to have conducted a successful House of Lords case. This required legal expertise, stamina and nerve as the case passed through three courts. He is also proud of the wide range of litigation matters which he has successfully handled for clients during his career.

Hobbies:	John has plenty of energy and enjoys a variety of sports and the outdoors.
