Elizabeth was a production buyer in the automotive industry before joining Alsters Kelley in 2000 as a paralegal seconded in-house before qualifying in the Employment Department.
After a short period working for a niche firm, Elizabeth returned to Alsters Kelley in 2008.

Elizabeth has successfully brought a number of injunctions, known as springboard injunctions, preventing employees from using data and contacts that were confidential to the former employer and enjoyed a successful outcome in each instance. |
