| Career: |
On a day to day basis, Teresa’s priority is to achieve practical and fair settlement for her clients. A significant career highlight was when Teresa successfully acted for a father in the High Court in respect to where his child should live. This case saw sole care awarded to the father. While awarding sole care to fathers is still rare (less than 10% of cases), examples like this increasingly prove that the courts are looking out for the best interests of the child. |
