Summary:	Erica uses her knowledge and experiences to help separating couples achieve a settlement that secures their future without destroying their family. Erica is based at the Leamington Spa office. Erica is happy to discuss with clients individually whether a collaborative process will be suitable for them.


Experience:	Erica qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and trained in collaborative law in 2007. She has since undertaken a number of successful collaborative law cases. Erica is a member and Chair of the Coventry & Warwickshire Resolution Group and an active member of both the Collaborative Group and the Law Society Family Law Panel. She is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist. She advises clients in respect of all children issues arising out of the breakdown of a relationship, including jurisdiction issues. Erica is also experienced in matrimonial matters where there is an element of inheritance or family trusts.

Career:	Every case where the clients achieve a fair settlement and are able to move on positively with their lives is a highlight for Erica. She sees her role as protecting children from the negative effects of family breakdown and assisting her clients in achieving the best outcome for their families

Hobbies:	Erica enjoys creative writing, walking (especially by the sea) and spending time with family and friends.
