Summary: Linda looks after all aspects of residential Conveyancing, from sales and purchases, Home Information Packs, remortgages, assured shorthold tenancies and transfers of equity, through to more complex issues relating to rights of way, sales and purchases at auction, shared ownership, option agreements and all aspects of the sale and purchase of land for development.
 
Experience: Linda studied at Oxford Brooks University and qualified as a Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer in 1992. She joined Alsters Kelley in 2005.
 
Career: Linda is a member of the Panel of Solicitors recommended by Orbit Housing Association to their Shared Ownership Purchasers and enjoys a wide experience in Housing Association and Shared Ownership transactions.
 
Hobbies: Linda enjoys cycling and walking. She spends her weekends supporting her three young boys at football pitches around Warwickshire.
