His highlights include successfully withstanding claims from British Leyland for copyright ownership in automotive body panels by use of European Legislation.
He devised and implemented corporate structures for multi-practice health centre developments and has been involved in numerous £1million-plus acquisitions and disposals in the automotive, pharmacy and services sectors.
Colin is also proud to have represented his client’s best interests by working with the Sunday Times to prevent the publication of commercially damaging information on a company by the paper’s ‘Insight’ team.

Colin is a former national special stage rally champion.
