Summary:	Colin advises clients - individuals, partnerships, companies, landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers or lenders - in all aspects of commercial property transactions. In addition, he specialises in acting for GP practices or banks in relation to the development of new health centres.


Experience:	Colin has acted on acquisitions and disposals of high-value properties and provided support with corporate transactions and the transfer of portfolios of properties – including site development and abstraction agreements. Colin has acted on nearly 50 health centre developments; from leases being taken from national developers to multi-practice projects where the doctors are developing the centre.

Career:	Colin has helped to bring to fruition a number of multi-million pound health centre developments. He finds it extremely rewarding to guide GPs through the legal complexities so they can realise their ambitions of attaining first-class facilities for their patients.

Hobbies:	Colin is married with two young children. His interests range from reading and the viewing of art, both classic and modern, to walking and golf.
