She supports the criminal department in licensing and regulatory work – food hygiene infringements, environmental health violations, trading standards cases and noise nuisance.
 
Experience: Fiona has worked for Shakespeares and Wragge & Co in Birmingham before a spell in-house with the legal services department at Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council. She has both prosecuted and defended in civil litigation matters and has extensive local authority experience in licensing and regulatory work.
 
Career: For Fiona, the biggest thank you is the satisfaction expressed by clients when she has been able to turn their case around and secure the outcome they wanted.
