Alsters Kelley has boosted its residential property department with the appointment of Conveyancing executive Cathy Richards and her assistant Julie Bell. The duo has joined the firm’s Leamington office from Ollerenshaws.

Born and bred in the Leamington area, Cathy has worked with Ollerenshaws (and its predecessor practice) for over 15 years. She brings with her an intimate knowledge of the Leamington residential property scene. “Families have been coming back to me time and again over the years to help with what, for them, can sometimes be one of the most stressful times in their lives – moving house,” said Cathy. “It’s important to me to help people enjoy their new homes while minimising any anxieties along the way.”

Julie Bell worked as Cathy’s assistant for the previous twelve months at Ollerenshaws after joining as part of that firm’s merger with Ian Burr & Co in 2008.

Senior partner Colin Witherall said: “Cathy and Julie join Linda Ball and the rest of the residential property team in Leamington. Both Linda and Cathy are formidable forces in the wider Warwickshire residential property market. “We’re delighted to welcome Cathy and Julie aboard our already successful team which has over 80 years’ combined experience and expertise in the field.”
