Alsters Kelley appoints new commercial property specialist

Midlands solicitors firm Alsters Kelley has appointed Andrew Watts as senior solicitor in the company and commercial department.

The commercial property specialist joins from Shakespeare Putsman in Birmingham where he spent eight years in the commercial property department.

"Alsters Kelley has a strong showing in the health sector, particularly in advising on the redevelopment of doctors’ surgeries,” said Andrew.

"I’ve previously enjoyed working with GPs and banks regarding the acquisitions and disposals of health centres, pharmacies and care homes and will take this experience forward as part of the Alsters Kelley team.

"Our ambition is to grow the department and showcase the team as national leaders in the field of healthcare commercial property. Much of the work we are doing in this field is ground-breaking which gives both the team and our clients a huge sense of pride and satisfaction,” he finished.
