What are Home Information Packs (HIP) ?
- As from the 14th December 2007 all properties with 2 or more bedrooms now require a HIP before being placed on the market for sale
- A HIP contains information about your property including certain searches, an Energy Performance Certificate and a copy of the title deeds
- This information is specified by the Government
- Our dedicated HIPS team can advise and guide you through the process to obtaining a HIP quickly and at a highly competitive price to enable you to get your home on the market without delay
- Our Conveyancing Team will give the legal support to the HIP
